Once the account is active, Email address and Mobile number can be added/ modified. Modification can be done physically or on Scan basis. If in case, the Email address or the Mobile number already exists in any other account, system will display the Trading code and Client name on screen.
However, if one modification request is already under process then another cannot be punched until status of previous modification request is ‘Send to Godown’. System will restrict the 2nd punching if processing of account for earlier request is in process. When system displays the status as “Account Modified (MOD)” - PHYSICAL (SCAN TO PHYSICAL), you can punch the next request.
