What are the reasons client ledger is not updated through Cheque payment?

Reason for non updation of client ledger:

Cheque Return due signature mismatch , Insufficient Balance , Outstation Cheque , Overwriting , Mismatch in words and figures
Client is marked as Third Party due to non-mapping of account in Back Office.

*MOSL will charge a Penalty of Rs 100/- or 0.1% of the value whichever is higher is levied to the client.
