Client who are restrained from trading on a particular day due to any deficiency or default or other reason are termed as ” Client Suspension”. Below are the few causes of client suspension:
On receipt for reactivation confirmation from grievance, the suspension can be removed.
Code can be activated only after email id and mobile number has been updated.
Codes those are active in BO before August’14 needs to provide income proof in WIRE. Such clients can get FNO rights only after approving the same in WIRE.
Request for removal from suspension can be placed with CSE desk by the client or BA (the one who has given the request to suspend the code).
