How do I get the pay order collected from the bank in case I am unable to visit personally?

For the same the following needs to be taken care of:

Check whether the PO collection authority letter is made available .
The person going for the collection has to carry the authority letter along with the PO details which he has to collect from the bank .
The collection of the PO has to be done on the same day or the next day of the request.
