6) If during giving feedback, I could not give the reply within the stipulated time, what action will be taken?

You should give your basic feedback in reply within 2 days, if there will be delay in collating the proofs, then you can specify the same in the said reply, but in case of non receipt of any reply/unsatisfactory reply, concerned Team will take necessary penal action as deemed fit.
