Deactivate Employee / dealer code, if not required. If emloyee code active at any BA location and want to mapped at different BA location, it won't allow to activate it. In case of closure, conversion etc. deactivate employee / dealer code. To deactivate it, need to 1st deactivate terminal and relevant certificates mapped against it.
