If order is confirmed with any person other than client, then dealer/BA should ensure that he / she is the authorized person and belongs to the family of the client.
If the client is non-individual then authorized person details should be available in KYC and order should be accepted only from authorized person.
BA should ensure to submit the authorization letter to MOSL.
