Whether CTCL ids have to be shifted if V-SAT is shifted?

Yes. If V-SAT is shifted from one location to another location for any reason, all CTCL ids of that location has to be shifted. In the process new location details will be uploaded to Exchange. It is the responsibility of franchisee / branch to ensure CTCL shifting because to operate a terminal from location other than what is uploaded to Exchange is Non compliance and attracts severe penalties from Exchanges.
