When can I dispatch physical forms to HO?

Please note the following:

Do not send hard copy unless and until complete processing is done on SCAN
Once case is processed on SCAN auto entry will reflect in HITS

Kindly ensure that all the hard copies of Account Opening Forms and Modification Forms have to be dispatched on the very same day or max by next day from the day of processing. Also ensure that these forms should reach HO in max 3 days’ time which will help us to comply SEBI regulations.
