What to do in case MF Transactions not reflecting in MF portfolio report?

In certain cases, due to non-receipt of complete details from RTA few transactions remain to be mapped to correct owners. Such transactions are parked under “Suspense account”. Partners have the option to search such missing transactions using clients folio number / PAN number or Investors name by using below path

WIRE >> Third Party Product >> Commission & TPD reports >> MF unmapped Transactions.

Biz Ops >> Reports >> TPP operations >> Commission & TPD reports >> MF unmapped Transaction Report

If any matching case is found, partner is requested to mail the application copy along with his sub-broker code on mfquery@motilaloswal.com to get the business mapped under him.

There could be also cases where business cannot be searched through this option due to non-receipt of total transaction feeds from RTA. Such cases need to be handled case to case basis. Partner need to send the total business details i.e. transaction date / client name / PAN no. / scheme name / Folio number etc. on mfquery@motilaloswal.com and MF Ops team will co-ordinate with RTA and try to get the original feeds called and get it updated in the software.
