What should be done to transfer more than five scrip through a DIS?

A ‘Bulk Transfer annexure’ in the prescribed format has to be filled and attached along with DIS. Mention ‘As per annexure attached’ in DIS for scrip details.

The scan image of only DIS has to be uploaded in:

DP Class>>Transaction Processing>>Capturing Slip image

And scan of annexure has to be mailed to dpimages@motilaloswal.com
