What should be done if name on PAN is different from name on HUF Rubber Stamp?

The name on PAN card and on the stamp should be the same.

For e.g. HUF name on PAN is SUNDERLAL SHANTILAL SHAH, account has to be opened in name as per HUF PAN i.e. SUNDERLAL SHANTILAL SHAH HUF (Word HUF need to be added in KYC and in while punching data even if it is not printed on HUF PAN).

Rubber Stamp – Name on rubber stamp has to be same. However, abbreviation of middle name can accept. For e.g. SUNDERLAL S SHAH HUF is acceptable.
