What is the process to update OR change IFSC/MICR number if no change in account number OR other bank name?

You have to follow modification process to update IFSC/MICR number.

You can use modification form version 1.6.
Fill relevant details along with client signature
Provide relevant documents – Self attested cheque leaf contains pre-printed Bank account number, IFSC and MICR number.

Note: As per latest CDSL circular, for updation of bank details valid MICR and IFSC code is made mandatory. Modification will not be done on basis of dummy or common MICR.

For e.g. – MICR - 000OCB000 will not be accepted
