What is the process to activate suspended accounts by HO?

If Account is suspended for PAN – Submit below documents

1. KRA page duly filled and signed with client photograph
2. Booklet of consent
3. Latest photocopies of documents (PAN and address proof – self attested)
4. Latest version franked POA (if in DP, POA is already set or wanted to set)
5. Valid email ID if Email updated in BO is fastcontrol ID
6. Valid mobile number if it is not provided earlier.

If account is suspended for reason of SEBI DEBARRED, then need to follow the process defined by Operations Department.
