What is the process of Name change of Corporate Account?

Below is the process of name change in case of Corporate account.
Note: Required 2 sets of below documents, 1 for MOSL and other to forward in CDSL for name change in DP.)

  1. Modification form.
  2. Name change request letter on Company letter head.
  3. List of Authorized signatory certified by MD/ Chairman/ Company Secretary on New letter head.
  4. List of Director/s certified by MD/ Chairman/ Company Secretary on New letter head.
  5. Share holding pattern certified by MD/ Chairman/ Company Secretary on New letter head.
  6. Board resolution certified by MD/ Chairman/ Company Secretary. 1 Copy of Board resolution for name change of Company taken place and 2. Other Board resolution in favor of MOSL on New letter head. (format available for point 2 in latest non-individual form)
  7. New Certificate of Incorporation. (In case of Public Limited Company, certificate for Commencement is also required)
  8. Latest balance sheet.
  9. New MOA and AOA certified by MD/ Chairman/ Company Secretary.
  10. All supporting documents of Authorized signatories. (PAN, Address, Bank proof)
  11. Form 32 with ROC attestation in case of change/ deletion of Directors.
  12. Pan, Bank, and address proof of Company (with new name.)
  13. All formats for which documents to be submitted on Company letterhead need to be used from Non-individual account opening latest form version.
  14. Send hard forms directly to HO and check the status in Back office>>Utilities>>Utility services>>Modification Report
