What is the closure process initiated by client to close account?

If client willingly wants to close the account, get closure form duly filled and signed by client. Specify the reason in respective column

The DP as well as trading account needs to be closed.
Ensure that all balances in client accounts have been cleared
Punch the deactivation request in WIRE application under WIRE>>Operations>>Account deactivation.
Punch request in HiTs
Dispatch the form to HO for processing.
