What is the Process for setting up of Pledge request?

To pledge the shares, the beneficial owner is required to fill Pledge Request Form (PRF) with all relevant details of securities along with agreement number, closure date etc. and same should be forwarded to HO for further processing. All valid and correct PRF will be processed at HO and a Pledge Acknowledgement letter mentioning the Pledge Sequence Number is emailed to client and BA.
