What if the Hard copy of Account Opening Forms and Modification Forms are not reached to HO on time?

Please note the following, if forms not delivered to HO on time:-

Account Opening / Segment addition on SCAN access will be withdrawn
Penalty of Rs. 100 per form will be charged – If documents not received within 7 days from the date of processing
