What do we mean by “Dormant client” and why does it is displayed as pop-up in case of some clients while punching in DP Class?

Dormant client means clients who have not done any transaction in DP in last six months. A pop-up alert is displayed in DP Class while punching DIS requests for such clients to give alert to BA to ensure and check the credibility and genuineness of the DIS.

Once the DIS request is executed in the system, the pop up will not appear again for six months.
