What are the basic things that client should take into consideration while doing SIP registrations?

Always use pre-printed forms
SIP should be through the registered banks only
Signature and name on the form should be as per Bank records
Form should be sent to MOSL Malad office within 1-2 days of registration on trading terminal
Maintain sufficient balance during SIP hit dates
Check your ledger and DP & bank statements regularly
In case of cancellation, along with the cancellation in terminal, duly filled and signed cancellation form should be sent to MOSL Malad office
