Is it mandatory to provide Email, mobile, pincode, city though client is modifying some other details?

Yes, correct pin code, city, email and mobile updating is mandatory requirement as these details will get update in Exchange accordingly. Hence any modification request will be processed only if above fields are properly updated. If details are not available, need to follow the modification process to update these details.

Note:

1. While updating address in system, do not use any special characters viz. (“, ’, #, +, *,&, etc. You can use only , – .)

2. Do not use photocopies of form. It is advised to download / print fresh form always. It will help to get clear and visible form.

3. Please note if there is any updated version of modification form is introduced, same will be made available in WIRE>>Download option.
