If any discrepancy is found, how to get it resolved?

All the queries should be marked to Mfquery@motilaloswal.com with specific details like unique SIP number, client code, folio number & exact nature of query. Your Customer Service Executive will reply you with the solution within 4 hours of query raised.


If there is any third party dependency like RTA / Exchange / bill desk etc. then team will co-ordinate with these parties and try to give resolution at the earliest.
