For BSE and NSE need to upload dummy certificate. For e.g. NSE cash update certificate no starting as "NCFM-99900001234" and for BSE update starting as "BSE-99900001234" and starting from "999" total 11 digit in numerical.
For FNO, CD, IRF, NISM VI and VII update Certificate registration no and in case CPE certificate update as sample format "NSE/ED-26/13-08-17/Ahemdabad-0001581". It is combine no of CPE code and certificate no. which join with (-). upload only JPG. format and up to 250 kb scan image.
