If the deactivation request is received from Franchisee, the same has to be received from registered e-mail id. In case of certificate expiry, terminals will be deactivated one week in advance. The entire list of certificate expiry is reflected in WIRE. It is the responsibility of individual franchisee / branch to monitor this list regularly. Also if deactivated terminal has to be reactivated, the entire process of activation of terminal has to be followed.
