The registered partner or IFA need to submit the duly filled and signed empanelment form and need to submit the below documents to complete the registration process for doing Mutual Fund business with MOSL
Once the documents are verified and found “OK”, system generated code “Sub-broker code” will be assigned to the partner and mailer giving all the information will be shared on the email id mentioned on the form. This code need to be updated in the Sub-broker code column on the physical application form. For online applications, system will take care of the codes and transactions will be mapped accordingly to the respective partners.
Client can download the application form from the KIM of a particular scheme. It is very important to mention the main broker ARN number (MOSL ARN-17397) on the application form in order to map the transaction against the broker. Partner can download the forms from Partner portal >> Partner login >> Forms (right hand side top)
At the same time it is also important to check the KYC (Know Your Client) compliance. Visit site CVL KRA site KYC Inquity https://www.cvlkra.com/ update your PAN number and check the status.
In case client is non-KYC compliant, then the client needs to attach the updated KYC form (form can be downloaded from the above site Downloads >> KYC forms) along with latest phone, PAN card copy & residence address (which should be self-attested) proof along with the application form
