How do I deactivate my terminals?

1. Go in your OPERATIONS --> MCORE-->Terminal-->Terminal window.

2. Click on "deactivate" link given beside your terminal number & give appropriate reason for deactivation.

Please note that the terminals are reflected segment wise & hence you will need to click "deactivate" against all segments of a particular CTCL id.
