From where to download the SIP cancellation letter?

Client can go to Start >> SIP >> MF SIP Order book

List of SIPs will be displayed. Against every live SIP at the right hand corner, there is option to cancel the SIP. Click on “Cancel”, in the cancellation module cancellation form is made available
