For corporate account, what if there is no MD or Company Secretary appointed but only Directors. Then in this case who will pass the resolution?

Board resolution has to be passed by Chairman / MD/ Directors/ Company Secretary. In case there are only two Directors in the Company and neither of them is MD nor there is Company Secretary, then both the Directors have to sign the resolution and all the other Supporting documents also needs to be provided for both of them.

The Rubber stamp should contain the designation Chairman / Director/ MD/ Company Secretary.
