Follow up is the process through which branch/BA/franchisee can view their client codes in BIZ OPS which are due for RMS selling next day. Follow up is displayed one day prior to RMS selling.
When RMS displays selling follow up in Biz Ops, BA needs to update with payment collection status if any for that code. If that amount is not received within 3 days, penalty will be charged in client’s account. System will not levy penalty, if the committed amount is realized ignoring the incorrect cheque number updated if any.
