Do we need to provide separate address proof for HUF even if address proof in name of Karta is submitted and HUF and Karta having same address?

Yes, as per CVL requirement even if address proof of Karta is submitted and HUF is having same address, it is mandatory requirement to submit address proof for HUF separately. In that case, you can submit Bank statement/ passbook copy with transaction details not more than 3 months old.
