Client has filled in the combined form but wants to open only Trading A/C. How should he go about it?

In this case, the client needs to cancel the options in following areas:

i. Nomination form.

ii. DP agreement

iii. POA Page

iv. 2nd Holder’s Signatures, if Any.

Please note, every cancellation should be countersigned.
