5) Why client is not activated even after submission of Undertaking in case of name based order?


In case of old clients wherein KRA is not uploaded with KRA Agencies, you should ask for latest details of clients such as email id, mobile number, address proof, bank details which are not updated with us. Client needs to complete KRA process by submitting required documents along with Undertaking, in order to activate the client. Details of the same are mentioned in Circular “Suspension of clients debarred by SEBI (Name Based)” dated 9th May 2016.
